Weston is kicking off the festival season this weekend with the celebration of Ben Holladay!
The fun starts Saturday with a fun run at 8am. You will find Artisans and Crafters set up in the Burley House all day long! Come watch the parade at 10am featuring horses, stagecoach, Vintage Cars even Ben's kin Lucy Throckmorton who will recreate her famous throwing of the slop bucket at the Confederate Officer. 11:00 am kicks off the beard contest at the park gazebo, no registration needed, don't have a beard get one painted on at 526 Main St. From 11-2 brings the kids to the park for corn hole and other games. Don't forget Holladay Distillery will hold a street dance from 6-9 with the band True North!
Friday night kicks off Free Movie night at the 1st Baptist Church. The night will kick off starting at 7:30 with free hot dogs, chips water and popcorn. Bring a blanket or chairs and extra snacks to enjoy during the movie- it will be played on an inflatable screen on the ball field the 1st Friday of every month. "Cars" will be playing at sundown this week!
O'Malley's Pub - Weston, Mo will have Bob Reeder in the upper with Damian McCarthy in the lower starting at 8pm Fri and Sat. Bob will be back Sunday to play at 3!
Riverwood Winery music lineup will be Fri night -2 Miles Deep from 5:30-8:30. Sat from 1-4 Lux Duo and from 5:30-8:30 Noah Anthony. Sunday from 1-4 Ashlyn Helmich will play!
Weston Wine Company will hold a S*x, Drugs and Rock and Roll music trivia Saturday at 7:30 call for reservations and gather your team! Sunday Veil and Vow tarot reading will start at noon!
Come enjoy the sunshine on the deck at Pirtle Winery, Sunday with Vaughn Cowden playing at 1pm!
This is going to be the last week of strawberry picking at Weston Orchard and Vineyard, get them while you can! Many activities for the kids to run off their energy!
