Football has a word for the place where players are made. La Cantera. The quarry. Raw stone goes in. Finished players come out. It is the oldest tradition in the game, carried by the greatest producing clubs in the world, and every one of them is judged by a single measure: what they produce.

That tradition now has a home at Empire Sports. La Cantera is the system behind everything we do: the training methodology, the player grading, the standard that decides who wears the crest.

And the system now fields a team of its own. Los Canteranos, our Division 1 side in UPSL South Florida, built entirely from our own production line. Two rosters, one standard, and movement between them earned on merit alone.
