Competitive and Junior Team Registration
4:30pm - 7pm
Haddon Township Municipal Building
To Register for the Competitive or Junior Team -
*Complete a Crystal Lake Pool membership form (all swimmers and at least one parent must be members of Crystal Lake Pool).
*Complete either a Competitive Team registration form (4 pages) or a Junior Team registration form (2 pages).
*Bring all of the following to one of the registration dates: April 14th, 16th and 23rd
(1) completed pool membership form;
(2) completed Competitive Team or Junior Team registration form;
(3) payment for your pool membership (payable to HT), $80/swimmer Seahawks membership fee (payable to HT), and $25/swimmer (max $50/family) Seahawks activity fee (payable to the Seahawks).
