We traveled to Family Taekwondo Saturday. Congratulations to Mike Bagnall testing for yellow belt in Hapkido. Testing was conducted by Master Taekwondo instructor Stuart Gauvrin, USKMAF 3rd Dan Hapkido. It was a lot of fun! A solid 1 1/2 hrs. I was able to get a lot of reps!
