A few months ago we received a phone call about a "social media influencer" who wanted to come take some pics of our gym, maybe film a workout. Considering the last "social media influencer" we used to watch was Dom Mazzetti and BroScience, we weren't sure what to expect but are always welcome to new folks. As the phone conversations continued and general plan on what to expect and roughly when started to come together, we started to become a bit more excited to see how this was day was going to turn out. When the day came and we realized who this person was, the word grateful does not begin to express how we felt to be one of a couple gyms picked to take part in what turned out to be a much larger event than what we originally thought it would be. I want to thank everyone who thought about us and nominated us to be part of this. We don't know who you are, but a huge thank you for your part in making this happen. To everyone who came into the gym and checked it out, and to those who have travelled to check us out as a result of this event, thank you as well! You took the time to come spend it with us, and that's beyond awesome and appreciated! Finally to the entire team, both those we met and spoke with and those we didn't, that made this possible, and to the Nattyman himself Jesse, thank you for everything! We've always had our members (THE BEST MEMBERS EVER) in our corner rooting for us, but to have someone as well known in the fitness world take time out and add to our team is a huge honor and privilege. It was a pleasure to meet everyone involved with this and know all of you are always welcome! THANK YOU ALL again from the bottom of our busted up and old heart!

This past Saturday we had a visit from and his team, as well as 100 guests he brought with him. To say we were beyond thankful for everyone that took time to come up to our place is an understatement. For those who know Phil, you know hes usually quiet and straight forward, so when anyone asks if he was sincerely happy, know yall made his weekend. Thanks again to everyone and here's to new friendships!
