The June kids yoga classes are now open for booking!!! I’m so happy to join and bring kids yoga to Westminster. These classes are designed to introduce yoga and breathe to children AND each class will have a theme that will take us to far off places or students may become a monkey, bird, cat or dog during class! We will have a blast! 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♀️🧘‍♀️🧘‍♀️

Teaming up with Body Redifined here in Westminster to help parents keep sanity this summer!

Hey everyone! Some of you may know this guy! If not, allow me to introduce Phil the owner of 💪🏼 Phil and I are happy to announce we are teaming up to bring the community an awesome kids yoga program! That’s right, kids yoga will be held !!! The class schedule will be dropping in a few weeks just in time for summer. I can’t wait to show your kids how much fun yoga can be!

As this weekend approaches we wanted to remind everyone of our open house. Stop on by before visiting the Westminster Wine Stroll and see what we have to offer. We will have membership specials, the new Les Mills classes launch, nationally ranked athletes from different sports, and local businesses showing what they have to offer. Rumor has it the circus is in town this weekend, so keep a close eye out for clowns! Hope to see everyone and look forward to the chance to meet new friends and new The Gym family!
