Blue Ridge Mountain Cloggers BlueRidge Mountain Cloggers. Est 1999 Dedicated to the preservation of traditional clogging. Director Loretta Laws 48 years of clogging experience.

BRMC is known for superior sound and precise footwork. Director Loretta Addington was inducted into the NCHC All Star Hall of Fame in 2007. BRMC has been the home to hundreds of students over the past 17 years reaching 127 and 2 studios in 2010. Our teams have performed in Las Vegas, New Orleans, Iowa, SC, NC, Tennessee and Georgia. Our strength in Traditional Line and Precision has earned BRMC 2

National Championship titles in Americas Clogging Hall of Fame 2012 and 2013. Also in 2012 member Kelley Addington won Female Solo National Champion and performed on The Grand Ole Opry. Kelley also took her clogging talent as a participant in the Miss SC pageant 2014. 2013 members Joey McCannon and Stephanie Howell not only danced on the team earning the National Championships but also brought home the National Champion Duo/Duet title from ACHF. 2015 ended with BRMC having the 2 highest duo/duet scores of the national championship. Joey and Stephanie brought home their second title with team members Abbey Bolick and Callie Durham taking 2nd only a fraction of a point difference.
2016 will show BRMC expand into the Westminster area with the establishment of BRMC-Apple Blossom Cloggers. The Westminster studio is anticipated to open early Spring.

No contract

Teaching the history of clogging and square dance along with ;
Basic clogging steps
Appalachian square dance formations

Each dancer will be in charge of their own costume !! Sound interesting 😊 and fun?

Local and competition teams * square dance

Private lessons available for competition solo, duo and duet.
