This Friday will begin WSS’s Summer Session workouts. This will be a track and field (sprints) based workout with a strong focus on type two muscle fiber development. To register please visit www.westminsterspeedsolutions.com and click Register on the home page. This is a small group based session and will be open to 4-6 athletes.

It’s been an exciting past few months and I’d like to thank the athletes for all their hard work. This Wednesday’s clinic will be the last Speed Development Workout. Beginning July 1, we will be offering Summer Sessions, a small group (2-4) technique based sprint program. All workouts will be held held at either Winters Mill high school or Westminster high school. If you are a parent please check your email for any wrap up notes!! Thanks again,
