We love our customer support! As we are growing here at an unbelievable rate Sarah Phillips and myself ( Scott Phillips ) still intend on keeping our shop a small little mom and pops shop! We want to see we have our hands on everything that comes through our little shop. We want to process meats, enjoy the art of butchery, sausage making, smoking meats, curing meats, and the artistry that comes along with it! Not managing people, and hope they get it right as it goes out the door. We will keep things small as its growing at an unbelievable rate! Also we will keep processing everything that comes in independently, you will get your deer back, with as much as we can get off of the carcass! We will not consider a mass grind at the end of the day and weigh out a ratio that we think people should get back. We will continue running your deer from start to finish like we always have. We also have started transitioning into building our own seasonings and sausage mixes. This shop started out as an organic alternative to help me beat multiple sclerosis, and as we have been seeing the addition of soy powder, soy protein, anti caking powders and other preservatives added to pre mixed seasonings to make the powder itself more shelf stable, we have turned to organic herbs and seasonings to make our own seasonings in house. Feed back is important, please don't hesitate if there's flavor profiles you would like to see or try. There's more to come with this as well, we are looking to make some of our flavoring available to the general public!
