Our softball community is coming together for something bigger than the game — and we need YOU to be part of it.

On June 6–7, 2026, teams will take the field at Eastern Regional Park (Middle River, MD) for the Maddie Strong – Operation Fastpitch Tournament

This isn’t just another tournament.

Maddie, a teammate, a friend, a light in the dugout, is facing the fight of her life after being diagnosed with liver cancer. She’s the kind of player every team hopes for but never expects to lose, even temporarily. Her strength, heart, and spirit have left a mark on all of us.

Now it’s our turn to show up for her.

Tournament Details:
•Divisions: 10U, 12U, 14U, 16U, 18U B/C
• $500 per team
• 4-game guarantee
• No PAP
• All proceeds go directly to Maddie and her family

Whether you’re a team looking to compete, a family wanting to support, or someone who simply believes in the power of community, this is your chance to make a difference.

Each year, the Love for Lauren Tournament Committee will present a $500 scholarship to a graduating senior who has played in the tournament and embodies the spirit of teamwork, dedication, and service both on and off the field.

We’re proud to announce the launch of the Neil Lamborn Memorial Scholarship — created to honor Neil’s legacy by supporting student athletes who lead with heart, dedication, and service both on and off the field.

Each year, the Love for Lauren Tournament Committee will award a $500 scholarship to a deserving graduating senior who has participated in the tournament and plans to continue their education at a college, university, or trade school.

Congratulations to all the recipients of this year Love 4 Lauren Sportsmanship Award! This prestigious honor is presented to a player from each team who truly reflects a passion for sportsmanship, and the sport of softball (one of Lauren’s favorite parts of the game was cheering for her teammates). These individuals exemplify outstanding sportsmanship and demonstrate a commitment to the game that transcends mere competition.
