**Hello Summer!**

Summer is here, and while routines may change, growth does not have to stop.

This is the perfect time to keep building confidence, discipline, focus, and resilience. For our current students, summer is a chance to stay consistent, keep progressing, and continue climbing your mountain.

For families who are not members yet, summer is also a great time to get started. With school out and schedules a little more flexible, now is the perfect opportunity to help your child build positive habits, stay active, and grow in confidence before the school year begins again.

A strong summer can create an even stronger fall.

If you are already part of Horizon ATA, keep showing up and stay consistent all summer long.
If you have been thinking about getting started, now is a great time to jump in.

Parents — final call for Trail Buddy!

The Trail Buddy — Early Route sticker is almost gone.

If your child wants to earn it, they need to bring a friend to try class before July 1st.

Once July 1 arrives, this sticker can no longer be earned.

This is a fun one to complete, and it is always exciting when students get to add another sticker to their Expedition Horizon bottle.

Invite a friend, schedule the visit, and help your child finish this part of the climb!

Expedition Horizon challenge reminder: Combo Climber!

Students can earn their Combo Climber sticker by creating their own 4-move martial arts combo.

Here’s the challenge:

Create your combo.
Practice it.
Perform it somewhere fun or elevated.
Record your video, post it on social media, and tag us — or share it directly with an instructor.

Your combo can be simple, creative, powerful, or totally your own style.

The goal is to keep training, keep moving, and keep climbing your mountain.

Every climb has milestone moments, and June testing is one of them.

Students can earn their Base Camp 2 sticker by attending belt testing during the month of June. This badge represents progress, preparation, courage, and the next step on their journey.

Testing is more than earning a new rank. It is a chance for students to show how far they have climbed, what they have been practicing, and how ready they are for the next challenge.

We can’t wait to see our students take on Base Camp 2 at testing!

Last call for June Trail Buddy!

During May and June, students can earn their Trail Buddy — Early Route sticker by bringing a friend to try a class at Horizon ATA.

This could be a friend from school, a neighbor, a teammate, or even a sibling who has been wanting to try martial arts.

Every adventurer has a starting point, and your student might be the reason someone starts their journey.

June is almost over, so this is the final stretch to earn the Early Route sticker.

Invite a buddy, share your journey, and keep climbing your mountain!

This is the perfect summer camp for kids who love to move, climb, jump, kick, train, and take on fun challenges. 🥋

Expedition Horizon: Vista View Cutout Challenge

The climb continues… and this time, we are heading to Crocker Park! 🥋⛰️

As part of Expedition Horizon, students can take on the Vista View: Crocker Cutout Challenge by finding the Horizon ATA cutouts at Crocker Park, taking a photo with them, and sharing it with us!

Here’s how to complete the challenge:

Find the Horizon ATA cutouts at Crocker Park
Take a fun photo using the cutout
Post your photo and tag Horizon ATA
Use the hashtag

This is a fun way to show your Horizon spirit outside the school, celebrate the journey, and keep climbing toward the next view! 👊
