This will be a non-heated yoga experience built around movement, breath, focus, mobility, and reset.

A new non-heated yoga experience designed to help you move, breathe, reset, and reconnect.

This class blends mindful movement, mobility, balance, breath, flexibility, and control in a calm, welcoming environment. No heat. No pressure. No experience needed.

Just space to slow down, move with intention, and leave feeling more grounded in your body and mind.

We’re hosting this first class for free this Saturday at 10:30 AM.
