Practice for Saturday February 16 has been cancelled due to a scheduling conflict at the CVHS track. Our next practice is scheduled for February 20.

Our first practice has been changed. We will now meet on February 13 from 6 to 7 p.m. at the CV High Track. Rain is expected, so please check our calendar at falconstrack.com for updates.
Coach Carlos will be at the CV High Track tomorrow February 9 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. to collect registration forms. For more info, please visit falconstrack.com. We look forward to seeing you all at the track next Wednesday!

Congratulations to our Falcon Cross Country Athletes that ran with the Valley United Striders at the USATF National J O Championship in Hoover, Alabama.
Parker Simmons ran with the Striders Midget Boys team that placed 3rd.
Bodi Ligons and Luke Metcalf ran with the Striders Bantam Boys team that also placed 3rd.
Lucy Helfenstein and Charlotte Hopkins ran with the Striders Gremlin Girls team that finished in 1st place. (National Champions)
