Adding a special touch to footwork. This can help reduce pain and reduce the development of bunions. Bunions are NOT hereditary, the only thing hereditary is the structure of your foot. If you never wore shoes, you would not have a bunion. Stop wearing unhealthy pointy shoes and add this little exercise to your daily routine.
