A huge detriment to our society as a whole is how we view aging. How many times have you seen someone in their 70s or older with a loss of mobility or function and thought to yourself “yeah but they’re getting older, it’s normal”?
Losing strength and function as we age does NOT have to be the norm! The best way to stay vibrant and vital is to move through a natural range of motion, lift weights and just keep doing despite society telling you to slow down! Your only true limitation is what you think is or isn't possible.
