Did you know that the leading cause of sports injury is poor training and inconsistent training? A recent study by nflfastR showed that in the NFL alone, 2020 was the highest-ranking season for injury in over a decade at 801, an increase from 750 in 2019. Injuries were reportedly attributable to shortened seasons and inconsistent practice schedules due to COVID-19. 🤕
