April 2026: PLL California Redwoods, Chris Merle 23, stops by the studio. Chris is a Westhampton Beach native, 2019 & 2021 NCAA National Champion with the University of Virginia and is a current playing in the Premier Lacrosse League.

March 19, 2026: Ian & I took a trip to visit Principal Sandra Miller and her students at PS 77, The Lower Lab School, on the Upper Eastside, Manhattan. We emphasized the importance of perseverance in all aspects of life. Best of luck on your state tests later this month.
