Easy Everyday Lunch Idea: Mediterranean Protein Bowl

Lunch is often the meal we spend the least time planning, yet it’s the one that can help keep energy and focus steady through the afternoon.

What you’ll need:

* 3–4 oz grilled chicken, turkey, tuna, or chickpeas
* 1 cup chopped cucumbers and tomatoes
* Handful of mixed greens or spinach
* ½ cup cooked quinoa, brown rice, or farro
* 2 tablespoons hummus
* Crumbled feta (optional)
* Olive oil and lemon juice

Directions:
