Lifting heavier isn’t always better.

If your form starts to break down, you’re no longer training the intended muscles effectively and you may be putting extra strain on your joints.

Focusing on form helps you:
✔️ Target the right muscles
✔️ Reduce unnecessary strain
✔️ Build a stronger foundation
✔️ Progress more consistently

A slightly lighter weight with good form will almost always beat heavier weight done poorly.
