THANKS FOR A GREAT CARNIVAL!!!

We just wanted to say a big THANKS to some special individuals and businesses who made this year's Welch Field Carnival in memory of Stacy Holland possible! It was a very special day that turned out to be another great event with over 400 people attending! It continues to be even more special, as it now has become to tradition to name the Welch Field Carnival in memory of Stacy Holland. Thank you to Stacy's family for allowing us to honor her in this way and for their donations of drinks to our hardworking staff. Your support means everything to us!!

A big thanks to the following businesses and individuals for donating to this year's carnival: Alexander Construction, B & C Tax Bookkeeping, Chautauqua Excavation Services, Chautauqua Plumbing & Heating, Farmer's Daughter, Full Strength Coffee Company, Howard Hanna Holt Real Estate, Inner Lakes FCU, Marilyn Gollnitz, Portage Pie, Quagliana’s Bark Grill, Simpson Electric, The Tap Room, Tony’s Shoe Repair, Westfield Auto Body, Westfield Brickhouse Properties, Westfield Family Dental, Westfield Main Diner, Westfield Nursery, and the Westfield Optical Studio!! We also want to give a big thanks to Lynn Dimmer of Bounce About Inflatables, Mike Putney of Rtistic Airbrushing, Jeff & Jennifer Phillips of Knot Right Bites, John Speck & sons of Farmer's Daughter Lemonade, Steve & Brenda Nowicki of Franklin's Honey & Apples, Leo Wilson of Gelati's Italian Ice, Maitland Langworthy of Serving Up Smiles Ice Cream, Byron Woods of Best of Buffalo By Byron, Jasmine Nutt of Westwind Functional Fitness, and Val Thomas, and the rest of the volunteers from the Patterson Library for enhancing this year's carnival and making it an even more special affair by providing us with delicious food and awesome entertainment!!

A special thanks to our Chief Jacob Alonge of the Westfield Fire Department for stopping by with their Fire Truck to help us cool the kids off with their hose!

Finally, a MASSIVE THANKS to all of our volunteers who helped our staff put on this year's carnival. Thank you to James Ruch, Jim Ruch, Avery Smith, Sara Kelwaski, Annabelle Thies, Tyler Jaynes, Kylie Post, Ricky Rivera, Jowie Rosado, Chester Machemer, and Katrina Landon! Thanks to our amazing Welch Field staff who did another wonderful job of pouring everything they had into making this event so special for the community! A SPECIAL THANKS to John Emmons and John Bini who planned this year's carnival and did a little bit of everything to make it possible!!!

We look forward to next year's carnival and to the opportunity to continue to honor Stacy Holland in the future!!!

POOL CLOSED FOR THE REST OF THE DAY DUE TO WEATHER

Due to the combination of colder temps (for swimming), rain, and wind, the pool will be closed for the rest of today (Monday, 8/24/26). This is in the interest of preserving the health of our patrons and lifeguards. The rest of the week's weather looks much better, and we will be open tomorrow starting at 6:45 a.m. Please call/text Andrew at 716-753-6842 with any questions.
