I’ve always said that the Titans will never guarantee wins. Truth is it’s a low priority for us by design. Our priorities are to teach proper baseball and the wins will come. So far we have played in 13 championship games and have 9 championships. Super proud of our players, coaches and parents. The process is working and the players are taking such strides!

The Titans recognize that our players and families have many options when it comes to selecting a travel baseball organization. As such, we believe is it is our responsibility as an organization to provide all of the resources needed to be successful.

As we head into the final month of our indoor practices, I think that it’s opportunity to review all that we have included (in our fees) to our players thus far

August-Sept

6 weeks of speed and strength sessions with Jordan Hamsley (a former MLBi strength coach of the year).

This program is designed to help our players learn to get faster and stronger.
Our level of speed and strength program is not offered by any other program in Indiana. It is truly a difference maker.
In total our players are offered at least 30 sessions of speed and strength sessions which are included in our fees.
No other program will offer that level of training.
Sept-Dec

72 hours (36 sessions) of arm strengthing sessions with our 14-17U players. This program was flat out awesome.

Our players worked with both throwing mechanic professionals as well as strength professionals to engage the entire body when throwing the baseball.
No travel program provides this type of intensive program in their fees (comparable charges are $300.00 per month for the sessions).
I cannot express enough how great these sessions were for our players. We will continue to build on this in the future.


October-November

5 weeks of pitching with our professional pitching coaches.

Our goals are to teach kids how to throw strikes and also walk away from our training understanding three different pitches.
The idea is to provide a basis and allow them to work on their own.
We see huge gains in both accuracy and pitch types when the season rolls around.


November-Dec (12-13 YO Players)

This year we implemented a hitclub program two days a week.

Sessions were designed to help our players hit more consistently with more power.
We included strength and hitting trainers in the program to maximize what we feel kids need to be successful.
Players were able get in over 300 swings each week while also strengthening core muscles needed to hit the baseball as hard as possible.
The new program was a HUGE success and I'm excited to implement this to more teams next season.


January-March

I am confident that our indoor training is better than any program in Indiana. Winter programs practice twice each week (8U-14U) and once each week (high school)

· Total of 48 hours of indoor team practices to maximize learning opportunities.

· Pair team coaches with a professional offensive coach to run drills and ensure proper technique.

· Pair team coaches with professional defensive coaches that ensure proper reps for both fielders and catchers.
