Here’s a fun post! My business and my background is primarily high school strength and conditioning. The number one question ALL athletes ask is “Coach Chris, how do I gain weight??” A Chick Fil A sandwich with a cookie on it, is the answer.
I was recently introduced to this quick, 1200 calorie meal. Not this isn’t healthy- we’re going for calories per bite here, that’s how we bulk up. Share this with your kids/athletes who need to fill out their t shirts and this will help them out. *Disclaimer, I don’t suggest this everyday, maybe twice a month. Always prioritize fruit, vegetables, chicken, fish, steak, rice, pasta, potatoes, oatmeal and bread.
