-6:00AM on Monday, Wednesday and Friday
-10:00AM on Monday, Wednesday and Friday
-12:15 Monday-Friday
-2 evening classes on Mondays and Tuesdays
-Childcare M-F at 9:15 or 9:30

TESTIMONIAL THURSDAY!! Congrats to Kaitlyn, our amazing Bar babe that has surpassed 100 classes. Kaitlyn gives it her all in thigh and seat work with determination and grace. She’s a positive force in our Bar Method community, and we are so excited that she’s achieved this milestone.

Here’s what Kaitlyn had to say about why she loves Bar Method, and what makes Bar a workout and community she keeps coming back to: “I love everything about The Bar Method. Before starting, I had never taken a workout class before. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the environment I stepped into was full of genuine support and positivity. I feel stronger, both mentally and physically, after each and every class. I love having this time for myself, and it’s become more rewarding when I find myself able to pick up the heavier weights or reach a new low in thigh!
My favorite class is Bar Combo + Restore because it’s the perfect way to clear my mind after a week of work. I have also come to love side planks and legs together thigh.
I look forward to my next 100 classes and beyond at The Bar Method!”
