Welcome our NEW Dance Fitness instructor Kelsey to our group fitness team! She’s taught dance fitness classes on a weekly basis for the past 5 years. She’s always had a passion for dancing and enjoys sharing it with other people.
Kelsey’s classes are upbeat, with all the fun music!!! Her main priority in teaching her class is that everyone feels included and is having fun while getting in a good workout. There will be a lot of dancing while also incorporating some specific muscle group movements like squats, lunges, and arm focused moves.
In her free time, Kelsey enjoys cooking and baking and spending time walking outside with her two dogs and fiancé. She is getting married in April 2027.
Kelsey would love for you to join her class Monday and Wednesday evenings at 5:30pm. Don’t be shy about trying it out; She would love to meet you and dance with you! ✨✨✨ 💃🏻
