Gym tours and membership sign-ups will be available this weekend. If you’d prefer to sign up online, that option is now open.

Walk-in times will be:
Saturday 12/6 and Sunday 12/7 from 8am–5pm.

If you sign up online, you can stop by during these hours to pick up your key fob, and a team member will be available to assist you.

If you’re unable to make it during walk-in hours, contact Mackenzie at (614)453-6703 to schedule a time that works best for you.

Next up on our coach spotlight is .fit !

As most of you know she is a coach and now a co-owner of the Sunbury location (opening soon). So of course, we had to pick her brain on the transition into her new role!

We asked her, “How did your early experiences as a trainer influence the kind of gym you wanted to build?”

And here’s what she had to say:

“Training taught me that every person walks through the gym doors carrying their own story. This new space was built with that in mind — a place where people feel welcome, seen, and capable of more than they thought possible. The gym I dreamed of doesn’t just build bodies — it builds confidence, habits, and lives.”

Here’s an workout to add in to your week! Built by .fit -

EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute) workout:
It’s divided into three 8-minute segments, alternating between odd and even minutes.
Start each new set at the top of the minute.
Finish the reps with time to rest before the next minute begins.
Choose weights that challenge you but allow completion within ~45 seconds.
Take 1–2 minutes before starting the next EMOM..

EMOM X 8 
Odd minutes: 5 DB Power Cleans + 5 DB Front Squats
Even minutes: 10 Slam Ball Slams + 5 Burpee Box Jumps

EMOM X 8 
Odd minutes: 5 BB Deadlifts + 5 BB Bent Over Rows
Even minutes: 10 Slam Ball Overhead Throws + 5 Lateral Box Jumps

EMOM X 8 
Odd minutes: 5 BB Push Press + 5 BB RDLs
Even minutes: 10 Slam Ball Sit-ups + 5 Box Jump Overs
