We are now offering assisted stretch from our certified trainers! Mobility and stretching are just as important in our exercise regimens. It’s important to incorporate mobility at least 1x a week. Assisted stretching is one of the ways you can achieve that! We are offering 15 or 30 min sessions.

Today on highlighting our trainer Elizabeth we asked her what are her top three recovery tips 👍🏻

1) Hydrate with water and electrolytes! This helps prevent muscle cramps 💦

2) Do mobility, at least one time a week. This relieves tension in the muscle and can help improve your overall flexibility. 🦵

3) Sleep well and eat well. Growth and improvement happens beyond at the gym. It also happens with the time you spend outside the gym, getting adequate sleep, and eating adequate amounts of protein and carbohydrates. 😴 🍌🥦🥩

Our trainer spotlight for March is Elizabeth!
Elizabeth has been a staple at Fitness 19 for over 15 years—she’s one of our “Original OGs” from when we first opened in 2010!

✨Assistant Manager
💪🏻NETA-certified personal trainer
🏃🏼‍♀️Certification in assisted stretching through the Stretch Center.
👟Specializes in weight training, circuit training, functional fitness, balance, and mobility

Elizabeth’s passion for training stems from a lifetime of athletics; she grew up playing softball, basketball, and volleyball. She loves sports of all kinds and brings that same sense of camaraderie to her training sessions. By truly getting to know her clients and their unique goals, she is able to.
