Finally on the calendar! 🗓️For the 3rd year in a row I’m hosting FREE outdoor sunset yoga! All levels can enjoy! Things will look a little different this year, as I will be doing a once-monthly pop up vs. a weekly class.
The first class will occur next Thursday 7:30-8:30pm.

Yoga nidra or yogic sleep in modern usage is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, typically induced by a guided meditation.

Tonight for the first time, after 2 Summers of outdoor yoga, we actually were rained out of a class!
Thanks to my fellow yogis for being troopers & keeping the mood lite.
I’ll choose to take it as a sign.. maybe a (literal) cleansing reminder that there are things bigger than us, outside of our control. May we be humbled by this realization & also give ourselves much needed grace.
To be human is to be imperfect. 🙏🏻
