Two full minutes. Meghan did it.
And look who was right there cheering her on.
This photo was taken right after Meghan held her first 2-minute plank. Every one of these women knew what that moment meant, because they’ve been right beside her through the shaky reps, the “one more time” attempts, and the days it felt like it would never happen.
That’s the part people don’t see about consistency. It’s rarely about willpower. It’s about having people who notice your progress, expect you to show up, and celebrate you loudly when you hit a goal.
When you train with women who get it:
You show up on the days you’d rather skip, because someone’s expecting you.
You celebrate wins the scale would never show you.
You stop feeling invisible and start feeling like you belong.
You find out you’re not the only one dealing with the 3 a.m. wake-ups, the brain fog, or a body that suddenly feels unfamiliar.
Strength + Structure + Support. The support part matters more than most people think.
Congratulations, Meghan. We’re so proud of you.
