Navy, stationed in California. He became a body builder, eventually winnng Mr. San Diego in 1986, and then winning Mr. Southern California the following year. After he moved back to Illinois in 2006, he opened a small personal training center on Lawn Ave. A year later, he opened Elite Fitness. He is truly passionate about fitness and teaching young to old how to work out effectively. Elite is fami

WINTER REMINDER: With snow on the ground, PLEASE bring CLEAN, DRY shoes for the gym floor and machines. The salt/snow ruins our treadmills and machines. We are doing our best to clean but cannot keep up if everyone is tracking in the salt and snow on to main floor. Thank you for your cooperation! ✨
