🏆 CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR 10U CHAMPIONS! 🏆

What a phenomenal end to the spring season! A HUGE round of applause to Metro Physical Therapy for their incredible win in last night's 10U Championship game on June 13th! 🥇 They are the 2026 Westerly Softball Organization Champs!

We are so incredibly proud of your hard work, team spirit, and dedication. What a well-deserved victory! 👏

We also want to give a special shout-out and extend our congratulations to the Addison Brasier foundation team for their fantastic efforts and good sportsmanship. They played a great game!

A massive thank you to all the amazing parents for your unyielding support and to the coaches for your dedication and guidance all season long. You are the heart of this organization! 💖

🥤🥎 VOLUNTEERS NEEDED THIS SUMMER!

Want to be part of the action at Cimalore Field this summer? The Westerly Softball Organization is looking for volunteers to help run our concession stand on Monday evenings from 6:00 PM - 8:30 PM!

This is a great opportunity for:�✅ High school students looking to make a real impact while earning volunteer/community service hours�✅ Parents, grandparents, and community members who want to support local youth softball�✅ Anyone who enjoys meeting great people and being part of a fun summer atmosphere
Our concession stand helps support programs, equipment, field improvements, and opportunities for the girls and women in our league. Every volunteer makes a difference!

Congratulations to the Metro Physical Therapy Westerly Softball Organization Girls Fastpitch Team on an outstanding semifinal victory over Midas!

Both teams played with tremendous heart, determination, and sportsmanship, making for a great game and a memorable matchup. We want to recognize Midas for their hard work, competitive spirit, and a fantastic season. You represented yourselves, your families, and the organization with pride all year long.

The Westerly Softball Organization is proud to announce and congratulate the talented girls who have earned a spot on our 10U All-Star Team! 🥎💙

These athletes have worked incredibly hard throughout the season, demonstrating dedication, teamwork, sportsmanship, and a commitment to improving their skills. Their effort and determination have led them to this exciting opportunity to represent the Town of Westerly this summer as they compete against some of the best fast-pitch softball teams from across Rhode Island.

We couldn't be prouder of everything these girls have accomplished, and we know they will represent our community with pride both on and off the field.

A special thank you and best of luck to our coaches, whose time, leadership, and commitment help make opportunities like this possible.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the amazing moms in our softball family! 💐🥎

Today we celebrate and thank the moms who make it all happen — the ones getting kids to practices and games, making the extra trips for forgotten gear, cheering from the sidelines, and showing up every single day for their active kids. Your love, support, patience, and dedication never go unnoticed.

We also want to give a special thank you to the moms on our board and coaching staff. The countless hours you dedicate to helping our softball program succeed are truly appreciated. Your commitment helps create an incredible experience for all of our athletes.

The Westerly Softball Organization is proud to support one of our own as she turns her passion for the game into something meaningful for the next generation.

A dedicated WSO alum and current high school senior, Bella, is hosting a softball training clinic as part of her senior project — giving back to the same program that helped shape her love for the sport. 💙🥎

This clinic is more than just drills and fundamentals. It’s about mentorship, leadership, and inspiring young athletes across Westerly to grow in confidence, skill, and teamwork both on and off the field.

We are incredibly proud to see former players step up to strengthen our softball community and support the development of girls softball in Westerly.
