Westcliffe, Colorado Explore Westcliffe, Colorado! Westcliffe is located in a high mountain valley (about 8,000 ft.) between the 13,000/14,000 ft.

peaks of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains in the west and the lower Wet Mountains on the east...about 50 miles west of Pueblo and 75 miles southwest of Colorado Springs. It is basically a rural ranching community and very much off the beaten path. People just seem to hear about it by word of mouth or they accidentally stumble on it meandering thru the state. It is so beautiful and a very quiet little piece of heaven here on earth.
