The scale is not a good way to measure your progress. You should go off the most obvious thing which is how you perform, feel and how your clothes fit
Do you notice you no longer slouch? Do you notice your less tired going up the stairs? How do your clothes fit? Are your normal cravings gone down?
Sometimes it can be hard to tell when we are hard on ourselves. It’s always good to keep a journal or have a trainer who can spot obvious development.
