We'd like to take a moment to interrupt our regularly scheduled programming in order to celebrate a long time member of the family, . I first met Tom when he was 16 (or 17? I'm not entirely sure) and while I knew he was unique (after all how many deaf college wrestlers do you know who can have a discussion about Plato after squatting for an hour?), I can safely say that he continues to surprise. In an era where too many of us choose the safe paths of conformity, leisure and laziness, Tom is truly a cut above. His neverending desire for self-improvement landed him in the cage for the first time this past weekend, and he did not disappoint. The man they call "Beethoven" calmly (the dude almost looked like the Terminator) walked into the cage and dismantled his opponent in a unanimous three round decision. I can safely say that I have rarely, if ever, been more proud of a member of the family. Tom, your frenetic work ethic, neverending commitment to excellence and timely delivery of Monster energy drinks truly put you in a class by yourself. I think I can speak for everyone at when I say that you're well on your way to composing a beautiful symphony... the first of many.

Happy Birthday to our one and only Marissa/Marcia Clark! Known for her superior back gainz, ridiculous push up prowess and propensity for telling almost everyone she meets about her day, Marissa has truly ingratiated herself to the community. We can say beyond a shadow of a doubt that she is one of the nicest, most caring humans we've ever met and that her enthusiasm for everything she does is truly contagious. We love having her at RSP, even if we still have no idea exactly what she does for a living. Marissa, we hope your day was absolutely fantastic, and that the entire world came to a halt in order to celebrate your day of birth. We all know you deserve it. You're truly one of a kind!

Happy Birthday (yesterday) to Coach Eric!

The guy thats always picking me up just so I can put him down…

I can always count on Eric to leave the lights on all night or the AC on all weekend. I can count on him to take days to answer important texts (if he doesn’t ignore them completely) and I can always count on him to never show up to a non gym related event.

I can also count on him to put up with my ball busting even when I go too far. I can count on him to put me in my place when I get off track and I can ALWAYS count on him to be there for me if I truly needed him.

I’m lucky to have a psychopath as loyal as him on my side…and you are too.

Let’s wish the old man a very Happy Birthday shall we?

Happy Birthday to the and only Kelly! You know friends, Kelly is the textbook definition of a super mom. We're not kidding. The woman is absolutely incredible, always making time to support her two sons in their studies, as well as their favorite hobbies of martial arts and heavy metal listenership. What's even more impressive is that she consistently makes time to take care of herself, with the full knowledge that it will make her a better mother, wife and human. This might not sound remarkable to you, but think about it: How many of us get caught up in day to day activities, only to let ourselves go? Not Kelly, and it shows, as this super mom has lost a ton of weight and gained a ton of strength since joining the family. She's an inspiration, and we can't emphasize enough how awesome it is to have her. Kelly, Happy Birthday to you. We hope you had an absolutely fantastic day, and that the boys were on their best behavior. If they weren't, just send them to RSP in their gis and let us teach them a lesson, ok?
