Sparta Gym This is Sparta. The last of the real gyms. We offer personal training in mixed martial arts and boxing.

Sparta Gym specializes in body sculpting, strength training and weight loss by providing a classic gym experience in a large, clean environment. Our gym is lined with over 200 dumbbells and over 140 machines for chest, legs, back, shoulders as well as glutes, biceps, triceps, abs and cardio fitness. We have a 2,500 square foot boxing facility on the premises as well with four speed bags, six heavy

bags and a full-size boxing ring with steam and locker rooms for men and women. Juice up before or after at our nutrition bar for your daily vitamins and check out our pro shop for Sparta gear to help represent the last of the real gyms.
