> Jump/Hop - jumping off both feet landing on one foot
> Hop/Jump - hopping off one foot and landing on both feet
> Skipping
> Grapevine stepping….for speed once able
> Side to side shuffling for speed

*** For those with significant joint issues try faux jumping. Have your client attempt to jump as high as he or she can, but just come up to his or her tiptoes. You can do that on both feet or on one foot

Interesting stuff for the new study out today showing that taking a 5 minute walk every 30 minutes reduced blood sugar levels by 60% which they are astounded by, also which kind of jives with the general recommendations of you're supposed to get a 150 minutes of activity a week for just general health.Then it's 300 minutes/week for trying to lose/keep off a lot of weight train for a competition or athletic endeavor so it's interesting, with that being right in the middle rang3 of probably around 200 minutes a week average activity level when you crunch the numbers some. So we know that, how to add that to our workplaces, get those little bursts into the I lived environment and workspace you could just get some accommodations available to the bathroom and water at work all this other stuff it's a hard thing on a legal workers rights level but progress is being made at least realizations and consciousness about what a body is needs, what those forces unnatural habits comsequendes are.
So Excelsior for a better, brighter healthier lived environment!
