Each serving has:
6 oz ground turkey
1/2 cup black beans
1/5 an onion
1/2 cup assorted vegetables
Season with hot sauce, salt, pepper and chili powder

I started using plyometric training to improve my explosiveness 🚀

While most people think of jumping with their legs, you can also add plyometric training for your upper body!

Start with low reps and work on your form. With upper body movements like depth push ups, make sure you keep your elbows bent when landing to keep your joints safe.
