Coach Cameron had a great time teaching the student at Goddard School about Respect, Empower, and Protect! REP! The kids were great listeners and learned some cool moves and valuable life skills! Thank you Goddard for having Coach Cameron give the students a great experience!

Great Advanced Testing today! These athletes gave it everything they had. They trained and were tested on kicking techniques, self defense scenarios, kickboxing combos and sparring! Way to go everyone!

Congratulations to all the Beginners and Intermediates promoted this week!

S.S.L - Sweat. Smile. Learn.

If a student is:
✅Sweating- they are training hard
✅Smiling- they are enjoying the experience
✅Learning- they are growing and improving
