Race day is almost here. 🧡

The All 4 Her 5K is this Saturday, June 13 at Milton Community Sports Park. Start time is 8:30 AM, and we'd love to see the Flying Angels community out there cheering.

Whether you're running, volunteering, or showing up in orange to make some noise at the finish line, come be part of it. The Flying Angels is a Community Champion Sponsor at this event, and we want the community to feel it.

The flying angels are proud to send 2 talented athletes to the NCAA outdoor championships in Eugene Oregon next weekend!

Peace Omonzane is a senior at Boston University and will compete in the women’s long jump. She is the best all time in club history in the event and will look to increase her personal best at the national meet

Asia Phillips is a sophomore at the University of Florida and will compete in the women’s triple jump. This is the 2nd year in a row that she has qualified for the championships in this event. She is also the best all time in this event for the club and will also look to climb higher.

Flying Angels Track Club is proud to be a sponsor of the MCRC All 4 Her 5K! 🧡

On Saturday, June 13, we'll be at Milton Community Sports Park from 8:30am as part of one of Milton's best community events of the year. Whether you're running the 5K, walking the 2.5K, cheering on a Kids Dasher, or just coming out for the morning, come say hi to our team and learn more about the club.

This event raises funds for MCRC's She Can! programs supporting girls and gender-diverse youth across Halton. We're excited to be part of something that matters this much to our community.

Something new is taking flight.

The Flying Angels Milton Long Distance Program is officially launching, and we're kicking it off with a FREE community training session on Monday, June 1st at MCRC.

All ages. All levels. No registration required. Just show up and run.

Get coached, get tips, and get a feel for what Flying Angels is all about, right before the All 4 Her 5K on June 13th. 🏅
