What a perfect spot to watch the Masters, play some golf and enjoy some time with family and friends. ⛳️

We have been doing a bunch of our latest simulators with raised turf, allowing us to insert the hitting pad flush with all surrounding turf for a seamless look. This also allows us to cut a few putting holes for some practice. 😮‍💨

A Flying Elbow 🐓⛳️is when the trail elbow drifts away from your body in the backswing.

When that happens:
1) The club gets too steep which can cause you to come over the top.
2) You move into early extension to help dump the club back under the plane. This cause you to get stuck and having to flip with your wrists to save it.

Test your shoulder mobility by checking if you can get your shoulder to externally rotate more than spine angle in a standing position. If you cannot do that, it’s likely that a flying elbow will be seen. If so, work on increasing that flexibility.

STOP GETTING STUCK! 🛑⛳️🏌🏻‍♂️

The flip is a save, not the problem.
Create space with better hip depth and rotation, and the arms can work in front. This means more timing and better sequencing. resulting in more speed, more control, and less dispersion.
