This is the mapping of the revised floodplain that will hopefully SOON take effect at our property.

Although this info specifically means nothing for a lot of you, this does mean this spring our course will go through a slight redesign to allow us to plan tee pads within the parameters FEMA & the DNR are giving us. Some tee areas and baskets will not need to change, some will to allow for permanent tee pads to be built outside of the floodway. There may be a couple areas where pads will still not work, but we will cross that bridge as we look at where the official map places the boundaries and how we can work around these restrictions. **holes most effected will be 3-4 and 13-16, these will be directly inside the floodway no matter what and changes will need to be made to allow for tee pads to be somewhere outside the floodway or these holes would not be allowed permanent pads or changes to the floodway surface.
