Get yourself a gym that carves pumpkins together. Those who use power tools, mallets, and stencils together, stay together.

It’s here. ⚔️

A new look. A new chapter. The same Ludus you know and love.

We’re excited to officially introduce the new Ludus brand, built to reflect where we’ve been, where we’re going, and the community that makes this place what it is.

Take a look, soak it all in, and let us know what you think. 👀

Welcome to the next era of Ludus.

Take it from Sherry! 💪

Belt squatting 300+ pounds is an incredible PR—but for Sherry, the real wins happen outside the gym.

It’s being able to run with her grandkids. Lift them up. Put that heavy carry-on in the overhead bin. And feel stronger, more confident, and more capable in everyday life.

That’s what we’re all about at Ludus. 🖤
Not just getting stronger in the gym, but building a stronger life outside of it.

Come join us. You’ll be glad you did.
