We're excited to share that TKV STEP and Fitness will be joining us for our Step Into the New Year Health Workshop on Thursday, December 21st from 6pm to 8pm at the Kearns Library leading a beginners step class! This is a free community event and all are invited to join us.

Attendees will take part in some light movement and exercise, receive customized health journals, and even a resource packet that may come in handy this holiday season and beyond! Refreshments will be served. Don't miss out and make sure you save a spot as space is limted.

Todays all about you kid! I’m not taking all the credit for raising this child. Your dad definitely deserves credit for ALL he has done and HELPED get you to where and who you are today. Today is a rivalry game and ALL MEDIA ,SOCIAL PLATFORMS will be broadcasting.

I didn’t raise you to be act like an ANIMAL!! This is YOUR OPPORTUNITY to showcase your talent!
We ain’t tryin to get caught up in all this CRAP! We trying to get YOUR ASS to college CAUSE MAMA WANNA MOVE TO THE NEXT LEVEL!
