I didn’t get any pictures from the tournament Saturday or the chance to make an announcement so I wanted to take the time to recognize some very important people and business that helped with the amazing turnout this weekend.
First off, Thank you to everybody who brought a team and played! We had a total of 7 teams this year and we had an incredible turnout! If any teams have pictures please comment them! Eric and I both had the pleasure of meeting some great people and players! We hope to see you guys for many more to come!
I want to recognize Beth Polley and her Husband for donating a bounce house for us this weekend! The kids had so much fun and seeing smiles made our day❤️ As a parent whom played in the tournament I was so thankful my kids had some fun while I did too! Thank you so much, Beth! Get ahold of her for all your party and event needs! We will definitely have her back for next year🍿🍧
We also had Katie from “ The Coffee Can” thank you for stopping in and starting our morning off with a fresh cup of coffee. Make sure to follow her page and check out all her new items!☕️
Brianne Blevins hooked me up with an amazing banner! Post in the comments for me Bri😂 I failed to take a picture of it hanging up lol. But she has plenty more things to offer. Anything from t-shirt, balloon arch, hand painted banner, ext. She was also generous enough to donate some gift certificates to our auction. Thank you for all your help behind the scenes! We had Dannielle Nicole with “ The Bead Boss Lady”. I’ll say she was a hit with my kids, they loves all her different earrings and “bracelet” (my kids loves her anklets as bracelets) and they we’re so cute! I hope to see you back!
I can’t forget Vicky Fulton Mason and her husband Josh! Not only does Vicky deal with me during baseball/softball she never hesitates to help me anytime after the season end. She provides our winning t-shirts each year at no cost to our park and this year Josh joined her with his smoked pulled pork sandwichs and coleslaw. I will say he is very good on the smoker and I think plenty of people who tried it would agree! We will definitely be in touch for future events! Thank you Vicky and Josh
One of the kids absolute favorite is “Kona Ice” 🍧. Thank you for always making time for us on your busy schedule! The kids enjoyed the snow cones as always. Thank you for keeping smiles around the park during the hot day❤️ We hope to see you back during Baseball/Softball season!

Most Importantly, I personally want to thank my husband for all his time, hard work, dedication, patience, and love that he gives to our park. He has spent countless hours, hard working days, pushing through how tired he is just to give a couple more hours of his time each day to go work on something to improve things more! Eric came to me a couple years ago with this Idea to host a softball tournament to raise money for the park and each year he’s coming up with more ideas and more improvements we would love to help make happen and this tournament has been a big hit for us to help raise money for the kids.
Eric Kane Hurley, Thank you for everything you do for these kids! I know how much you enjoy seeing kids walk through the gates each season❤️ I hope you continue with this journey until you can’t!
