I met Russ a few years ago when his daughter started training with us. I always admired how his daughter loved the process of training and getting better. It has been really cool to see where she got that motivation and inspiration from. When Russ started training with us a few months ago he truly enjoyed the camaraderie of the group, the process of learning and getting better. And now, Russ’s wife, Beata, is in our Masters Program. It’s really special to have the entire Fleury family in the gym! -

I can remember Tara coming in a few months after having her last child, Abi....and she never looked back! Tara has been setting the pace in the gym for 11 years! She makes everyone around her, smile more, sweat more, and of course, laugh more! Thank you Tara for being such an inspirational part of the CSF family.
