Get some workouts in with us, here at the studio, or anywhere you have internet access!

We are looking for a couple clients for our small group classes on:

❇️Mon/Wed/Fri at 6am
❇️Tue/Thur 12:15pm or 4pm
❇️Tue/Wed/Thur 5:30pm
❇️Mon/Wed 7pm
❇️Sat 9am

Join either through video chat or live in person!

What is video chat? You join our classes from the comfort of your own home. We coach you through class just like you were here in person. No equipment is necessary, modifications are given for any exercise we are using equipment for in the studio that you don’t have.

In person classes are limited to 4 people, distanced apart in our open garage, wearing masks, and there is no sharing of equipment.
