South Buffalo Rugby Youth Program is back again on Monday nights from 6:30p-7:30p, starting May 11th until June 15th. Open to boys & girls ages 7–17, our sessions focus on skills, teamwork, and having fun in a high-energy environment. Whether you’re brand new or already love the game, this is the perfect place to grow your game while connecting with a local club!

We are in the final countdown for our Women competing at the 2026 USA Club Rugby Super Regionals in Lemont, IL.

They have their first match up this Saturday at 1:30pm EST that you can watch live on YouTube!

The team was here before back in 2024 where they took home the trophy and went onto Nationals placing in the Final 4 out of 90+ other D2 clubs across the country. This is a really special opportunity for the players and everyone before them. They have been putting in a lot of hard work on and off the pitch over the last several months and are ready to show everyone what WNY rugby is all about!
