On June 25, Dr. Ted is taking on the challenge of playing 100 Holes of Golf at Wanakah Country Club to raise funds for two incredible organizations: the Courage of Carly Fund at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center and Live Like Luca.

Meet Tawnie 👋🏻
Doctor of Physical Therapy, DPT graduate from D’Youville University, with a background in Exercise & Sports Studies.

She’s all about a strength-based, no-nonsense approach to getting people back to doing what they love—she went the extra mile and became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).

Outside the clinic, she’s usually on her family’s farm hanging out with cows and chickens, training for powerlifting meets, or continuing her lifelong streak of never being on a plane ✈️ (it’s not a fear, just a strong commitment to staying grounded).

Thursday night was all about recovery, preparation, and making sure our athletes felt their best heading into today’s Orchard Park Track Meet ⚡️

From bodywork and force testing to Normatec compression and giving the body a chance to recharge, recovery night is one of the ways we help set the tone for performance the big day.

Thank you to the athletes for showing up and trusting the process, and to the coaches and staff for all the behind-the-scenes work that makes nights like this possible.

Good luck today — compete hard, stay locked in, and enjoy every moment out there 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️💪

Over the past 5 years, we have been fortunate to have our community embrace and support us as we have grown to 3 locations across Western New York.

Many of our clients and their families that have trusted us with their care have been personally affected by cancer.

From today leading up until the June 25th 2026 100 Holes Event, any increment of $25 donated will be matched with a premium service credit in our offices that can be used toward Deep Tissue Laser, Shockwave, TECARs therapy or Spinal Decompression.

Premium Service credits cannot be used toward patient responsibility defined by your explanation of benefits per your insurance carrier.

⏰ First sign up time available at 6:30pm
Athletes will sign up in 20 minute windows after 6:30 to ensure 40-45 minutes of treatment per athlete!
