This is what I came across today.
It definitely has me reminiscing back to how it all began.
I worked as personal trainer at the Bac from 2005-2010 and competed in figure and bodybuilding competitions 
First picture is from 2010 when Chase Fitness was born. I started my own business as an independent contractor out of Planet fitness.
Exactly one year later they told me that they were no longer going to allow independent contractors so I had to find another space.
I decided to hire a contractor to build me a gym (in six weeks) separate entrance out of my home (2nd picture ) and in 2011 Chase Fitness moved. It was a very stressful time but I had the most amazing loyal clientele.

This is probably been the hardest thing in the last 15 years running a business Trying to be fair but having your clients understand that you even though it’s your choice to have this career you still have to run a business, pay all of your bills knowing that you never get a paid day off, a paid vacation, insurance, etc.
I never had any regrets
I followed my passion, I raised my kids and I hope I helped some people a long way 💕
