Coulee Region Kubb Coulee Region Kubb was founded by Steve Eggerichs, Jason Lulloff, and Pete Barsness in conjunction with Features Sports Bar and Grill in West Salem.

Coulee Region Kubb held at Features in West Salem is co-ed league designed for people of an array of ages to get together to learn and play the game of Kubb. Kubb is a swedish lawn game that utilizes skills of underhand throwing and specific strategies that elicit a laid back competitive atmosphere. This league will run from May - July 2013. Contact Features in West Salem to join this league (no knowledge of the game is necessary -- All abilities are encouraged and welcome) !

The Holmen High School Advanced Woods Class has produced 20 sets of Kubb that will be available for purchase. Sets are made of yellow poplar and will include; 1 king, 10 kubbs, 6 batons, 6 corner stakes, a laminated set of rules, and a carry bag.

The sets meet the official size and weight requirements for the US National Kubb Championships

Sets will be sold for around $60.00

Features Sports Bar & Grill, in West Salem, will once again be hosting a Wednesday night summer kubb league.

Sign Up - Teams can sign up by calling Features Sports Bar & Grill (608) 786-9000. Teams must sign up prior to the Wednesday night captains' meeting.

Teams - Teams must consist of two or more players; a minimum of one female is required during game play.

Mandatory Captains Meeting - Wednesday, May 28, 2014 @ 6:00 pm at Features in West Salem. We will review rules and expectations.

Start Date - Wednesday June 4, 2014. Games will be played at 6:00 & 7:00. Schedule will be posted at features and on this page.
