One of the biggest reasons we train isn't to lose weight, hit a PR, or check a box on a workout app.
It's so we can keep saying yes to moments like this.
Long walks. New places. Weekend adventures. Playing with the dog. Keeping up with the kids.
Doing the things you love without your body holding you back.
Fitness should give you more life, not become your whole life.
