Maddie has big goals. Help off set college costs by getting into the or program to help with college tuition. She needs a sub 7:30 to make the excellent category—this young lady doesn’t settle❤️
Week 1: Mile Time Trial 8:26
Week 2: 10 x 200 M
Goal to break down mile and start to teach pacing.
Week 3: 8 x 400 M
She crushed a sub 7 minute mile pace. Kept within the 1:45 per lap pace with a gut it out last lap of 1:31.

This young lady is going into her senior year. She has decided to apply to ROTC programs to help her offset her college expenses. She needs a sub 8 minute mile to be considered.

Last week we did a mile time trial. This week we started her program.
10 x 200 meter
Rest 2:00 in between each 200
Worked at a sub 7:30 pace.
Next week we increase the distance.
In 5 weeks we retest. I will keep you posted on her progress.
